I’m a husband and father of two lively girls who keep me on my toes. As an entrepreneur with heart, my mission is to help people. And what kind of helper would I be if I weren’t first and foremost there for the most important people in my life: my children and my wife?

Passion, enthusiasm, and helping others are at the core of my entrepreneurial journey – everything where a lot of heart is involved. I’ve experienced founding a business from scratch, learning many things from the ground up. Along the way, I’ve gained valuable insights – including lessons on how not to do things. In 2012, I sold my business shares.

As a pioneer for new business models, I’m thrilled by fresh ideas and approaches. I plan and implement them with a virtual team, such as the self-coaching platform www.dein-bester-coach-bist-du.de.

The professional insights I’ve gained over the years are something I want to share with others. Since 2012, I’ve been working as a business consultant, supporting individuals and companies in becoming and staying successful. My core areas are online business, sales, and setting up customer acquisition strategies. I love consulting because it allows me to explore many forms of success and the personalities behind them. Every consulting mandate has deepened my awareness and helped me grow.

For me, consulting is also a matter of the heart – whether it’s about online business, sales, customer acquisition, or controlling. The heart is the source of strength that must be followed. When a company’s structures and processes are aligned with this and given a framework, the business becomes powerful and successful. I firmly believe in this principle.

Since 2018, together with my wife, I’ve been living as a global citizen and digital nomad. We work from the most beautiful places on earth, staying where we feel at home and are needed.

I come from a sales family – sales was, so to speak, laid in my cradle early on. It didn’t take long for me to realize that, unlike some other “hunters,” sales for me wasn’t about “hit hard, sell fast, and leave.” That just didn’t feel right or work for me. I see sales as a human connection. After all, in any business, it’s people buying something from other people.

I’ve spent a lot of time on personal development and coaching and completed training as a therapist for attachment energetics. It quickly became clear to me how closely sales and personal issues are intertwined.

I truly enjoy meeting people in sales, being inspired by them, and inspiring them in return. At the same time, I also love accompanying people as a coach on their personal journey – moving away from learned patterns and towards heartfelt matters.
